dedicated to fostering sustainable, gender-related, and transformative change in sports
higher education institutions with a focus on addressing gender-based violence!
SUPPORTER’s partners—eight sports HEIs from Central Eastern Europe—have developed
tailored roadmaps to transform their Gender Equality Plans into Inclusive, Innovative,
Intersectional, and Impactful (4I-GEPs).
While these roadmaps are designed for each institution’s unique context, common thematic
areas emerged:
