Ensures a consistent and effective management of the project and an optimal coordination of work among the WPs.

Identifies inclusiveness gaps in existing GEPs of implementing partner institutions to feed in the design of new inclusive GEP actions.

Implements and evaluates solutions identified and operationalised in WP2  in  the  form  of  pilot  actions,  leading  to  the refinement of GEPs and the design of further actions.

Supports implementing partner institutions throughout the course of the project by a capacity-building programme and mutual learning activities carried out as part of a twinning-trio scheme.

Develops the project communication, dissemination and exploitation strategy and tools and implements internal and external dissemination activities targeted to different stakeholders.
