🌟Academic and administrative staff of the University came together alongside two student representatives from the Students’ Union. We were also incredibly honored to welcome the Director of the “Georgios Markou” School of the Deaf in Nicosia, Dr. Kika Hadjikakou, to our event! 🌟

📍 Expanding the Gender Equality Plan in an Inclusive Direction: the Nexus Project 🌍

In the framework of the Nexus project, colleagues from the University of Nis and Leman visited Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia in its Genoa office last week.

 

The three organizations worked synergistically to define 3 key actions to be implemented by 2025 in their respective organizations. Unconscious bias, parenting support, and the gender+ dimension in research are the working themes that will be developed and explored in intersectional and intersectoral perspectives, charting new trajectories of organizational development.
