Sister projects AGRIPGEP, BUDGET-IT, NEXUS and SUPPORTER
were initiating a joint awareness-raising campaign on gender-based violence,
inviting all sister projects related to gender equality to participate.
The objective was to develop a common discourse to address gender-based
violence in the European Research Area, and to enhance general public’s
understanding of what these concepts mean. 

A set of definitions related to gender-based violence were disseminated:

• Gender-based violence
• Sexual harassment
• Gender harassment
• Physical violence
• Psychological violence
• Online violence
• Economic and financial violence
• Sexual violence
• Organisational (gender-based) violence
